Original Sunrise Birds Painting

This is an original painting and will not be reproduced as a print so you will be sure to have a one-of-a-kind piece!
Joint compound was used on the background to create texture in the sky for dimension, gold leaf adhered with mod podge for the sun, acrylic paint and acrylic paint pens for the birds. The canvas is a typical 16x12 canvas and the handmade golden-stained hemlock frame adds an extra .75 inch on each side for a total of 17.5 inches tall, 13.5 inches wide, and 1 inch deep.
The canvas can be hung without the frame but the frame comes with the art and is included in the price.
